Overpath Privacy Policy

Last updated: 8 August 2026. This policy explains how Overpath handles data — both in the game and on this website.

Overview

Overpath is a single-player mobile RPG by Fireport, currently in development. It has no account system, no advertising, and is played on your own device. The game does not ask you for personal information.

Data stored on your device

The game stores your progress on your device: runs in progress, unlocked classes, your camp and company, cosmetics, currencies, and settings. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Ads and tracking

Overpath contains no third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Purchases

Any in-game purchases will be processed by Apple or Google through the App Store and Google Play. Fireport never receives your payment card details.

Website forms

This site has three forms: the waitlist, the voice casting call, and the general contact form. Submissions are handled by Netlify Forms on our behalf and stored with our site.

  • Waitlist: we store your name, email, platform, device, and notes, and email you only about the beta and launch.
  • Voice casting: we store your name, email, role, location, the links you send, and your notes. Audition recordings stay linked from wherever you host them; we use them only to cast this game and do not publish, resell, or use them to train voice models.
  • Contact: we store your name, email, topic, link, and message, and use them to reply.

We keep submissions only as long as the project needs them. Ask us and we will delete yours.

Beta testing

During the TestFlight beta, Apple provides crash logs and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send, under Apple's TestFlight terms.
