Overpath Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 July 2026. This policy explains how Overpath handles data when you play.

Overview

Overpath is a premium single-player card game by Fireport. It has no account system, no advertising, and can be played fully offline. The game does not ask for personal information.

Data stored on your device

The game stores your progress on your device: runs in progress, unlocked classes, Open Road heroes, decks, cosmetics, currencies, settings, and the in-game war log. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Optional online features

Some Open Road features are online: the rating ladder, community raid boss, and friend duels. When you use them, the game sends your chosen trail name, rating, and battle results to our game service so ladders and raids work. Your trail name is a nickname you type in the game; it does not need to be your real name.

Ads and tracking

Overpath contains no third-party advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Purchases

Overpath is a paid game sold through the App Store and Google Play. Payments are processed by Apple or Google; Fireport does not receive your payment card details.

Beta testing

During the TestFlight beta, Apple provides crash logs and any feedback or screenshots you choose to send, under Apple's TestFlight terms. If you sign up through our website forms, we store the details you submit (name, email, platform, device, notes) to run the beta and the Bug Hunt, and we only email you about those.
